Be A Mortgage Broker Pty Ltd is a newly established company, set up for the sole purpose of helping Mortgage Brokers into the industry in the easiest and most cost effective way. The owners of Be A Mortgage Broker and Australian Mortgage Services (see below) had an extremely rocky entry into the finance industry and quickly saw the bad side that is often publicised in the media. Through sheer tenacity they made a decision to stay in the industry for the long haul and haven't regretted it. It has been a long but successful journey and they now wish to help other potential brokers achieve that same or greater level of success.

Be A Mortgage Broker Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Australian Mortgage Services Pty Ltd. Australian Mortgage Services or AMS for short is a family owned and run Mortgage Broking and Mortgage Services business. It is run by Steve and Melissa Kellaway and is primarily a Mortgage Broking company specialising in residential loans to everyday Australian families.

AMS's main focus has been to make a financial difference in the situations of their clients, in other words not just providing them with the best loan for their situation from over 40 lenders but imparting knowledge and a solid financial foundation.

AMS have had extensive dealings with the Real Estate and Property Development industries and many of their clients originate from these sources. With over 500 clients and over 100 million dollars of loans introduced to lenders they have gained an extensive knowledge in a diverse range of needs from first home owners to financing complex structures in large portfolio's (10 investment properties plus).

With more than 9 years of broking under their belt they have learnt invaluable lessons in how to structure finance correctly and love setting people up to financially succeed.
